Well, little Ayden's almost 5 1/2 months already! We haven't started him on solids yet, but I think we'll give it a go soon. Generally he's a pretty happy guy ~ full of smiles. At times we've seen him throw some pretty wild tantrums only to be super happy as soon as you pick him up. What can I say, I think drama runs in the family!

He's a great sleeper with the exception of one major quirk - he has to be swaddled. And I'm talking T-I-G-H-T-L-Y! Otherwise he gets distracted by his free hands and fusses until you wrap him up again. We call our special technique "AJ's straight jacket." I know it sounds a bit extreme, but believe me he loves it. Wrap him well, and he'll be sleeping soundly in a matter of minutes. Crazy kid.

Let's see...he's rolling over, babbling new sounds, and working on his eye and hand coordination by playing with all the toys Addie piles on and around him. Scooting around the room on his back by pushing off with his feet is something he finds quite entertaining. And he's recently discovered his toes!
