Les McCulley: Hey Danaly! I have a great recipe for pesto if you'd like it, but more often than not I pick some up from the deli section at the store. I find it hard to come by large amounts of fresh basil up here. As for the balsamic, I spoon it over the tomatoes once the sandwich is assembled that way it soaks into the ingredients more than the bread. Let me know what you think if you give it a try!
