Today our sweet little girl turned 5 years old! Her birthday breakfast request was jam-filled crepes topped with sweetened whipped cream & strawberries ~ yum!

Watching Addie grow over the past five years has been amazing! What a beautiful young lady she has become, both inside and out. Her fun and lively personality along with her creativity and vivid imagination keep us all entertained. She's also extremely thoughtful and intuitive. As for her role as a big sister, she's does an excellent job. Ayden adores her, and there's no doubt that Sweet Pea will count herself lucky to have Addie to look up to.

The best part about this last year, however, has been watching her grow in her understanding of the Word. Knowing that Addie trusts Christ for her salvation is by far what we are most thankful for. She can clearly articulate that she believes that Christ died for her sins, was buried and rose again. And watching her learn to walk with the Lord and grow spiritually has been such a joy!
