Cari and I have been friends since we were three years old ~ that's almost 30 years and counting! Oh the many, many memories that we've accumulated over the decades!

Last month we got to spend some time with Cari and her husband Jeremy while they were in the Denver area. They both have amazing hearts for the Lord as well as for others so they make quite the team. It was great to be able to sit down and visit with them. As always, our conversations were enjoyable, encouraging, and edifying.

We were extremely grateful for the time we had with them but couldn't help wishing that they lived closer. That being said, we are confident that the Lord has them right where He wants them in Missouri. And of course, A&A loved playing with them. Jeremy had the kids giggling like crazy, and Cari had them mesmerized with her awesome story telling abilities. Cari is a talented elementary school teacher. Years ago I visited her classroom and was amazed at how she easily and cheerfully she could maintain the attention of an energized group of kiddos ~ impressive! I was not the least bit surprised when A&A woke up the next morning asking to go to Cari & Jeremy's house; they missed them already!
