While we were in Amarillo over Memorial Day weekend we had the opportunity to visit my cousin Mitch while he was on the job at Fire Station 12. Come to find out that Mitch works alongside my dad's best friend growing up, Randy. What a small world!
The kids had a great time exploring the fire truck and all the equipment. A call come in while we were there so we got to see their team gear up and head out with the sirens blasting ~ that was pretty cool. Thanks Mitch for giving us the grand tour!

When JD isn't hanging out with his awesome family, he keeps busy with nerdy web stuff and photography. Les feels privileged to be a stay at home mom ~ a very rewarding & entertaining way to spend each day!
