Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo

Unfortunately, I can't take credit for this one. JD and Ryan made it for our Super Bowl get-together last night. Boy am I glad there were leftovers. This dish makes my taste buds sing! Thanks Mom and Dad for yet another great recipe.

And while I'm raving about food (a common occurrence), let me tell you about the fried pickles Ryan whipped up for us. Awesome! He also surprised us with fried Oreos which were a-maze-ingly scrumptious! Who knew? At this point I'm under the impression that anything fried tastes pretty darn good. Is that true? Let's don't delve into the health side of things though. Otherwise I might feel the need to eat a salad for breakfast, lunch, dinner AND dessert tomorrow.
